Title: Clinical Significance of Microalbuminria Detecting in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective To investigate the determination of microalbuminuria in patients with coronary heart disease in the clinical significance of urinary albumin and the relationship between the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),glucose.Methods 46 cases of healthy people and 50 patients with coronary artery disease patients with the MA content and serum TC,TG,HDL,LDL and the level of fasting GLU a comparative analysis.Results Group of coronary heart disease in urine microalbumin levels were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P0.05).MA in patients with coronary artery disease and is closely related to the level of glucose,glucose increased with the increase.Conclusion MA content in urine increased with coronary heart disease are closely related,MA is not only the risk factors of coronary heart disease,when it has been established with certain risk factors for coronary heart disease at the same time,increased risk of coronary heart disease.
