Title: Clinical effectiveness of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S on tuberculosis with HBV marker-positive
Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S for tuberculosis with HBV marker-positive. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The placebo group( n=30) was given antituberculosis drugs;the control group(n=28) was given potassium magnesium aspartate for injection, vitamin C,inosine conventional therapy. The treatment group(n=32) was given compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S for injection,160 mg daily. After 4 weeks, the changes of hepatic function was compared. Results After treatment, the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group, control group, placebo group were 87.5% and 96.9%,53.5% and 85.6%,20.0%and 53.3%,the markedly effective rate of treatment group, control group was significantly different( P 0.05), the markedly effective rate and total effective rate between treatment group and placebo group was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Compound ammonium glycyrrhetate S can reduce the incidence rates of hepatic injuries on tu-berculosis with hepatitis B,the clinical effectiveness is better than potassium magnesium aspartate.
