Title: Comparison of the Efficacy of Magnesium lsoglycyrrhizinate and Compound GlycyrrhizinInjection in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis
Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and security of magnesium isoglycyrrhlzlnate and compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis. Methods 115 cases of chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 54) and the control group(n = 6 I).The two groups were given therapy on the etiology. The treatment group were treated with 150 mug magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection and the control group were treated with 160 mg compound glycyrrhizin injection once daily for 4 weeks.Symptoms(fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distention, liver area unwell),liver function(AST,ALT,TBIL,PA) change and drug adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results The patients’ symptoms were improved significantly after treatment, there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).After treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks, compared with control group, the treatment group AST,ALT decreased significantly(P 0.01),PA increased significantly(P 0.05,P 0.01).The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.3% and 82.0% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 5.87,P 0.05).Adverse reactions were less in treatment group than control group. Conclusion Compared with compound glycyrrhizin, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has better curative effect and security in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.
