Title: Transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy:with a report of 56 cases
Abstract: Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Meth-ods:The clinical date of56cases performed laparoscopic ureterolithotomy were retrospectively analysized(male32cases,female24cases,16to66years old).The diameter of stones was5to26mm.36cases were in upper ureter,12cases in middle and8cases in low ureter;3cases were in bilateral ureter,1case only had one kidney.Results:All the operations were successful in45to310minutes.The drain tube in abdominal cavity were removed2to3days(mean2.4days)after operation the mean hospital stay was6.2days(from5to8days).During the following3to10months,no ureteral stric-ture was found.Conclusions:Transperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a safe and effective method for ureterolith,it has the advantages of minimal invasion,early resumption and short hospitalization.The means of transperitonoal has the merits of wide field,better anatomy signs and easier indwelling of double-J tube.
