Title: Laparoscopic surgery ureterolithotomy:an analysis of 64 cases
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical application of ureterolithotomy after laparoscopic surgery. Methods laparoscopic ureterolithotomy was conducted in 64 cases. Results Of 64 patients,60 cases(93.8%) were successful, four cases had a separate open repair due to ureteral tear caused by placement of double-J tube,a total of 84 stones taken. The operative time was 70 to 150min,with an average of 110.6±21.7min.The amount of bleeding was 10 to 60ml,with an average of 30.5 ± 5.6ml.Postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 9d,with an average of 6.4±1.2d,together with a follow-up of 3 to 9 months.Renal function improved in all and ureteral stricture did not appear. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteral incision as an alternative to open surgery for mid-and upper stones of ureter,is safe, effective with less trauma, which is worthy to be popularized.
