Title: The Influence of Family History on Left Ventricular Pattern in Patients with Essential Hypertension
Abstract: Objective To study their mechanism of development in hypertensive patients with/without hypertensive family history. Methods Choose essential hypertensive patients with/without family history. The left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVIDed),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LPWT).Different patterns of left ventricular hypertrophy were analyzed according to left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and relative wall thickness(RWT).Compass cases of FH~+ with those of FH~-.Results LVIDed,IVST,LPWT,LVMI in FH~+ are bigger than those in FH~-.Conclusions Hypertensive family history contribute to the patterns of left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac structure. The influence is significant in concentric left ventruicular hypertrophy and eccentric left ventricular hypertrophy.
