Title: Effect observation of rabeprazole in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer:56 cases
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect and Hp eradication rate of rabeprazole in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer. Methods 106 cases of patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group( 56 cases) and the control group( 50 cases). The observation groups were given rabeprazole triple therapy for treatment, while the control group was given omeprazole triple therapy for treatment. Results After treatment for the first day,the abdominal pain remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between 2 groups after treatment for 7 days( P 0. 05).The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group was similar to the control group, and there was no significant difference between 2 groups( P 0. 05). Conclusions The rabeprazole and omeprazole are all effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer and eradication of Hp infection, but rabeprazole can more rapidly alleviate the symptoms of abdominal pain.
