Title: Clinical significance of combined detection of HE4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of early diagnosis of combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer. Methods Used the enzyme coupling adsorption method and chemiluminescence immunoassay of serum HE4,CA125 in ovarian cancer(45 cases),benign ovarian diseases(45 cases) and normal people(45 cases),analysis the value of single and combined detection in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Results Ovarian cancer serum HE4 and CA125 levels were significantly higher than those in benign group and the control group(P 0.05),the positive rate of ovarian cancer group HE4 and CA125 were significantly higher than those in benign group, while in the normal control group in which two markers were negative.Separate detection of ovarian cancer serum HE4,CA125,the specificity was 71.1% and 73.3%,the sensitivity was 93.3% and 86.7%;Combined detection sensitivity and specificity were 93.3% and 97.8%.In addition,III ~ IV the serum level of CA125 and HE4,CA125 positive rate was significantly higher in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱpatients with ovarian cancer(P 0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of HE4 + CA125 is the ideal detection method, provides the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
