Title: Coronary angiographic characteristics of premenopausal women with angina pectoris
Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical features and the characteristics of coronary angiography (CAG) in premenopausal women (50 years old) with coronary heart disease (CHD).Method :Sixty premenopausal women with chest pain were checked by CAG.Result:Fifteen cases were confirmed as having CHD by CAG(25%). The severity more than 50% of diameter stenosis was 11.7 %.One vessel disease was 80%.Left anterior descending artery disease was 80%.LVEF was an average of ( 57.3 ± 8.2 )%.Conclusion:The clinic angina pectoris in premenopausal women agreed on a little results of CAG.Effort angina pectoris in premenopausal women was not confident in diagnosis of CHD.
