Title: SIGNIFICANCE OF DETECTING CYS C COMBINED URINE PROTEIN ELECTROPHORESESIN DIAGINOSIS OF EARLY RENAL DAMAGE IN SLE
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical value of detecting Cysteine protease inhibitor C(Cys C) in serum combined non-concentrated urine protein electrophoresis in diagnosis of early renal damage in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The Cys C,β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),serum creatinine(SCr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of 71 SLE patients and 55 healthy control persons were respectively detected.71 SLE patients were divided into 3 groups according to detecting results of Cys C,SCr and BUN: group A,23 cases, these 3 indexes were all normal;group B,22 cases,Cys C was abnormal, while the other 2 indexes were normal;group C,26 cases, these 3 indexes were all abnormal. At the same time, morning urine of SLE patients and healthy persons were collected and performed non-concentrated urine protein electrophoresis. Results:The Cys C,β2-MG,SCr and BUN of SLE patients in group C were all obviously higher than that of healthy control persons,SLE patients in group A and B(P0.05).The positive rate of urinary protein of SLE patients in group C were significantly higher than that of healthy control persons and SLE patients in group A(P0.05).Conclusions:Cys C has high sensitivity, and combined non-concentrated urine protein electrophoresis has fairly high value in diagnosis of early renal damage in SLE.
