Title: Clinical significance of detection of HbA1C,β_2-MG and Cys C in diabetic patients' blood
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of HbA1 C、β2-MG and Cys C levels in the diabetic patients' blood. Methods HbA1C、β2-MG、Cys C、BUN and Cr levels were measured in 80 diabetic patients. Results According to HbA1 C levels, the patient with DM were divided into two groups of low and high value. The levels of HbA1C、β2-MG and Cys C of two groups of diabetic patients are higher than those healthy people(P0.05). The positive detection rates of β2-MG and Cys C of the high value group were higher than BUN and Cr(P0.05). Conclusion Determination of HbA1C、β2-MG and Cys C levels is helpful in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
