Title: Relationship Between the Levels of Serum Uric Acid and Bilirubin and Acute Coronary Syndrome
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum uric acid and bilirubin and acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:86 cases of ACS including 34 acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 52 unstable angina pectoris(UAP)were enrolled in this study,and 50 normals were selected as control group.The levels of serum uric acid and bilirubin were detected.Results:In group with ACS,the level of serum uric acid was higher and that of bilirubin was lower than that in control group.Conclusion:Increased uric acid and decreased bilirubin are risk factors for coronary heart disease.
