Title: Observations on the Clinical Effect of Low Molecular Weight Hepacarin Combined with Simvastatin on Unstable Angina Pectoris
Abstract: Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of low molecular weight hepacarin combined with simvastatin on unstable angina pectoris. Methods:We divide 69 patients with unstable angina pectoris into two groups:control group-31 cases, and observation group-38 cases.Routine therapy was applied to the control group, such as nitrate,β-receptor blocking agent, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and aspirin. For the observation group, besides the above-mentioned treatment,we offer abdominal hypodermic injection of low molecular weight hepacarin,0.4 ml,twice a day;and offer simvastatin taken orally predormitally,20 mg.14 days are taken as one course of treatment. Results:Two weeks later, the remission rate of angina pectoris of the observation group is obviously better than that of the control group(P0.05);The frequency, persistence time, and the longest duration of myocardial ischemia, frequency of premature ventricular extrasystole and paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia of the two groups are both decreased on dynamic electrocardiogram in 24 h after treatment, but the observation group's decrease is more obvious(P0.05).The concentration of cholesterin, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein and plasma fibrinogen in the observation group is also obviously decreased(P0.05).Clotting time by test tube method and partial prothrombin time for the two groups are almost the same. Conclusion:The effect of low molecular weight hepacarin combined with simvastatin on unstable angina pectoris is obviously better than that of routime treatment.
