Title: Effects of simvastation on plasma high sensitivity C-reactive Protein levels in Patients With unstable angina
Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of simvastatin on high sensitivity C-reactive protein and hyperlipodemia in patients with unstable angina.Methods70 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, including control group and simvastatin group. The control group was treated with normal therapy, whereas simvastatin group was treated with normal therapy and simvastatin. The serous high sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipid were monitored before and after treatment.ResultsSimvastatin could significantly decrease the level of hs-CRP,TG,TC,LDL and increase the level of HDL.ConclusionSimvastatin can decrease hs-CRP and hyperlipodemia.
