Title: Effect observation of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
Abstract: Objective To discuss clinical effect of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with definite diagnosis of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases.Conventional treatment was used in control group,on the basis of control group, low molecular heparin calcium was used in observation group.Effect, pain relief time, pain disappear time,ST segment down range and T wave inversion range was compared in two goups respectively. Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistical difference(P0.05).Pain relief time and pain disappear time in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively. After treatment,ST segment down and T wave inversion was recovered respectively, observation group was better than control group, with statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris can obtain good effect and higher safety,no obvious adverse reaction, which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
