Title: The effect analysis of clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted into our hospital from January2010 to February 2013 were selected. They were evenly divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, the regular treatment was provided, while in the observation group,on the basis of regular treatment, clopidogrel and low molecular heparin were added. The effects in both groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement was 97.50%;while in the control group,it was 72.50% and 82.50% respectively. The clinical effect and improvement of electrocardiogram in the observation group were both superior to those in the control group( P0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin has a definite effect on treating unstable angina pectoris, without obvious side effect,it is worthy of expansion in clinic.
