Title: Analysis on Clinical Features of Depression of Patients with Parkinson Disease
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical features of the depression in patients with Parkinson disease.Methods Clinical features were evaluated by the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD24),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in 35 Parkinson patients with depression(research group)and 35 depression patients(control group).Results There was no significant difference in total scores of SDS,HAMD24,HAMA between 2 groups.Total scores of SAS was higher in research group than in control(P0.05).The scores of cognitive function,diurnal variation were lower in research group than in control(P0.01).Conclusion Depression of Parkinson patients shows special clinical features,with relative more anxiety symptom but without obvious biological.
