Title: Study on the Value of IL-1 and NT-pro BNP in the Diagnosis Of Diabetic Nephropathy
Abstract: Objective To analyze the correlation of serum levels of interleukin 1( IL 1) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic( NT-pro BNP) with diabetic nephropathy and its clinical diagnostic value. Methods Using Cys C level detected by fluorescence immunohistochemistry test as the indicator of early renal damage of diabetic nephropathy, the collected diabetes patients were divided into three groups at random: diabetic nephropathy group( 43 cases),non-diabetic nephropathy group( 40 cases),control group( 15 cases of healthy people underwent physical examination),the NT-pro BNP levels in peripheral blood of the three groups were detected by immune chemiluminescence test, and Cys C levels were detected by immune turbidimetric method,IL-1 levels were detected by radioimmunity methodt. Results In the diabetic nephropathy group and non-diabetic nephropathy group,NT-pro BNP levels were[( 4. 73 ± 1. 02) vs( 1. 24 ± 0. 43) ] ng / L,IL-1 levels were[( 0. 21 ±0. 04) vs( 0. 08 ± 0. 02) ] U / L,both levels of diabetic nephropathy group were higher than the non-diabetic nephropathy group, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05); IL-1 and NT-pro BNP level of the non-diabetic: c nephrophethy groups were higher than the contyol group' s( 0. 06 ± 0. 01) U / L and( 0. 09 ±0. 02) ng / L respectively, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Serum levels of IL-1 and NT-pro BNP increase significantly in patients with diabetic nephropathy, therefore, detection of such levels has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
