Title: To discuss the diagnostic value of the serum of cystatin C、fibrinogen、C-reactive protein in the early diagnosis of in Diabetic nephropathy
Abstract: Objective To discuss the significance of the cystatin C(CYS-C),fibrinoge-n(Fg) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with diabetic nephropathy in early diagnosis. Methods 74 patients with diabetes, according to Chung by urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were divided into 3 groups: the normal albuminuria group(the group NA),the microalbuminuria group(the group MA) and the clinical proteinuria group(the group P),The serum levels of CYS-C,CRP,the plasma Fg and biochemical indicator were measured among 74 the patients with diabetes and select the same 30 healthy subjects as the control group. Results The CYS-C,Fg,CRP were significantly higher in the diabetic group, and as his illness progresses, the level of serum cystatin C increased gradually, compared Cys-C in the control group and in group NA,MA,P,there was significant(P0.05);NA group VS concrol group has significant(P0.05);MA group VS P group has significant(P0.05);especilly in P group. Conclusion The levels of CYS-C,Fg,CRP were related to the DN,and can be used for reference indexes in the early diabetic nephropathy.
