Title: The Clinical Analysis of Pulpotomy in Exposed Pulps of Young Permanent Incisors with Crown Fracture.
Abstract: Objective:To treatment the young permanent incisors with exposed pulps in crown by pulpotomy and observe the growth of root canals and apexogenesis following up over 2 years.Methods:72 teeth with exposed pulps in crown treated by pulpotomy to conserve the vital pulps and promote the growth of roots of teeth.Results:Among 72 traumatic teeth 58 cases were injured in small degree and 14 in serious.After 2 years following observation the successful rate were 93.1% to former and 64.2% to latter.The total successful rate were 87.5%.Conclusions:Pulpotomy is the first clinical method for crown fracture.
