Abstract:In order to study extrusion technology of the conical parts,the aluminum conical parts extrusion forming finite element model was established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.And the wh...In order to study extrusion technology of the conical parts,the aluminum conical parts extrusion forming finite element model was established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.And the whole process of the extrusion was simulated.The internal displacement field,stress and strain distribution of die and test-piece were acquired.The influence of the various factors on the extrusion process was discussed.The results show that relations between extrusion angle and the forming pressure are roughly index function in the conical parts extrusion,extrusion angle is commonly no more than 110° in aluminum extrusion.The increase of contact friction causes die stress condition to worsen sharply;the relationship between punch press distance and the stress indicates that appropriate reduction in area rate wants to be chosen when extrusion.Read More
