Title: Analysis of urogenital tract mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility
Abstract: Objective To investigate the condition of urogenital tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance to guide clinical medication. Methods Specimens of 438 cases of mycoplasma culture and it's drug susceptibility test results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 438 cases of specimens, there were 237 cases positive for mycoplasma infection and the positive rate was 54.1%.Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) positive rate was 87.8%;Uu+Mh-positive rate was 7.6%;Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) positive rate was 4.6%.Female culture positive rate was 57.7% and male culture positive rate was 28.6%,and there was significant difference(P 0.01).Uu was the main pathogen for mycoplasma infection; Results of drug sensitive tests for 10 drugs showed that the most sensitive drug for simple Uu infection was doxycycline; For Uu and Mh infection was doxycycline; For simple Mh infection was josamycin. Conclusion Urogenital tract mycoplasma infection susceptibility testing should be carried out and the choice of treatment drugs should be based on susceptibility results.
