Title: The Analysis of Drug Sensitivity about Mycoplasma in 948 Cases with Urogenital Tract Infection
Abstract: Objective To investigate in vitro drug susceptibility of Mycoplasma from Urinary and Genital tract to 12 kind of antibiotics in Puyang. Methods Kits for Mycoplasma culture, identification and counting were used to separate Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and the drug susceptibility tests were also performed with the kit. Results 948 strains of Mycoplasma were isolated, the isolation rate of Uu,Uu mixed with Mh,and Mh were 85.7%,9.7%,4.7% separately.Uu was more sensitive to Josamycin,Davercin,Clarithromycin Azithromycin and tetracycline.Mh was more sensitive to Doxycycline,Minocycline and Thiamphenicol.Uu mixed with Mh were more sensitive to Josamycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline. Conclusion The resistance status of Uu differed from Mh,mixed infection of Uu and Mh was more resistant to antibiotics compared with simple infection,Uu has the obvious difference with mixed infection to the antibiotic sensitivity.
