Title: Mycoplasma Detection and Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Female Urogenital Tract
Abstract: Objective:To know about the situation of mycoplasma infection distribution in female urogenital tract and its sensitivities to antimicrobials of OPD(out-patient clinic)patients. To provide the basis for the clinical medication. Methods:The vaginal secretion specimens from 579 female patients of Yingkou Central Hospital clinic from Dec 2011 to Apr 2012 were coleected.Uu(Ureaplasma urealyticum)and Mh(Mycoplasma hominis)sensitivity to 10 kinds of clinical antibiotics, and the results were analyzed with statistical methods.Results:263 patients were found in Mycoplasma positive among 579 patients, the positive rate was 45.42%(263/579).Uu infection was 185 cases, the positive rate was 70.34%(185/263).Mh infection was 15 cases, the positive rate was 5.70%(15/263).The mixed infection was 63 cases, the positive rate was 23.95%(63/263).Uu was sensitive to josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline and resistant to ciprofloxacin.Mh was sensitive to josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline and resistant to azithromycin and roxithromycin. The mixed infection of Uu and Mh was sensitive to josamycin, doxycycline and resistant to roxithromycin, azithromycin. Conclusions:Mycoplasma is a leading cause of urogenital tract infection in hospital.Uu infection is the major reason in hospital. The antibiotics sensitive rate and resistant rate of pure Uu,Mh and the mixed infection of Uu and Mh is different.
