Title: Clinical investigation of huonuolin and fraxiparine on the treatment of acute cerebral infarct
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of huonuolin(buflomedil hydrochloride) and fraxiparine(nadroparin calcium) on acute cerebral infarct. Methods Forty two patients with acute cerebral infarct were selected randomly as treatment group.Huonuolin was given(200mg) once a day for 14 days intravenously.Fraxiparine was given subcutaneously(0.4ml) every 12 hours for 10 days.Forty two patients were selected randomly as control group and treated with low molecular dextran of 500ml and labiatae of 20ml for intravenous drip. Both of the treatment was once daily for 14 days. Results The effective rate of treatment with huonuolin and fraxiparine was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).The dysfunction of nervous system of the patients had been improved significantly(P0.01).There was significant difference in the therapeatic compared effect with the control group(P0.01).The viscosity of whole blood and blood plasm, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate, cholesterol and triglyceride had decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with those in the control group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Huonuolin and fraxipauine have a good effect on treating acute cerebral infarct.
