Title: The Observation of therapeutic effect of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and to analysie the related changes of laboratory index. Methods Two groups of patients who had acute cerebral infarctions with comparative conditions were randomly divided into a therapeutic group (49 cases) and a control group (50 cases). The patients of the therapeutic group were given sodium ozagrel 80mg dissolved in 5% glucose solution 500ml twice a day intravenously, and in the control group were given low molecular weight dextran. The data obtained from the two groups were analyzed with a test. Results Both the platelet aggregation rate and blood fibrinogen content were lower in the therapeutic groups; as for the clinical symptoms, the notable and effective results in the therapeutic group were 73. 4% and 91. 8% while those in the control group were 36% and 68% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the therapeutic group. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of sodium ozagrel were obvious in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and the platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen content also reduced in blood. The clinical symptoms were significantly improved in the patients of the therapeutic group and the laboratory datum also proved the results.
