Title: Thinking about enterprise incentive compensation system design
Abstract: Under the condition of complex person theoretical assumptions,from the perspective of the compensation system.through four areas,the stage of enterprise development,staff type,enterprises type,and external environment of enterprises,a design framework of the incentive compensation system major is proposed in this paper to maximum the incentive function of compensation systems of modern enterprises,then to attract,retain and motivate the human resources which are needed by enterprises.
