Title: Research on the construction of an overall incentive management system in modern enterprises
Abstract: An overall incentive management system is an effective tool of developing human resources' potentials. Employees' demands and expectations are the starting point of all incentive means. In addition to concerns about its employees' demands and expectations, enterprises must also, considering its real conditions and strategic planning, construct incentive management system suitable to its characteristics. Specifically, an incentive management system includes seven subsystems, such as incentives of compensation, of job design, of occupation development plan, of objectives, of atmosphere, of enterprise image, and of communication, which complement and interact with each other to form an overall incentive management system.
