Title: Analysis on Genetic Diversity for the Two Populations of Penaeus Vannamei-Cultured
Abstract: Analysis on genetic diversity found in two populations of Penaeus vannamei-cultured(the P population for short) collected from Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.The first filial generation of SPF Penaeus vannamei introduced from America(the S population for short) was investigated by enzyme electrophoresis and RAPD method.The results showed that the 7 isozymes of Penaeus vannamei's muscle were coded by 18 gene loci,four of which,EST-1、EST-2、EST-3 and MDH-1 were found to be polymorphic.The proportion of polymorphic loci on the two populations were 22.22%,and the mean heterozygosity were 0.066 6 and 0.054 2,respectively.The genetic similarity and genetic distance between the two populations were 0.996 8 and 0.003 2.With the method of random amplified polomorphic DNA,110 RAPD sites were detected in two populations,56 of which were polymorphic in the P population,upon 50.91%,and 52 of which were polymorphic in the S population,upon 47.27%.The genetic similarity of the P population was 0.862 3,and that of the S population was 0.874 2.The genetic similarity and genetic distance between the two populations were 0.981 5 and 0.018 5,respectively.The results from enzymes analysis and those from RAPD analysis indicated that the genetic diversity of the S population was lower than that of the P population.
