Title: The Accuracy Studies of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Gyneclological Tumor Diagnosis
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the accuracy of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignancy gynecological tumors and investigate its clinical value.Methods: 99 cases of patients definitely diagnosed gynecological tumors by pathology gynecologic in our hospital were enrolled in this study.Among them,42 cases were malignant tumor,57 cases were benign tumor.Review the results of the two groups of patients with CT and color doppler ultrasound in preoperative,and the accuracy of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing gynecological tumor was analyzed.Results: The sensitivity of CT and color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing gynecological tumor were 90.9% and 82.8%(P0.05),respectively.The specificity of CT and color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing gynecological tumor were 86.9% and 88.2%(P0.05),respectively.The CT and color doppler ultrasound were concordant with pathological diagnosis of 89.3% and 85.7%(P0.05),respectively.Conclusions: Color doppler ultrasound in the gynecological tumor diagnosis is of great accuracy and it has high value in clinical application.
