Title: Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors Diagnosis
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors diagnosis.Method The paper retrospectively analysed two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler characteristics of 38 cases with breast cancer and 38 cases of benign breast tumor confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Thirty-one cases of the thirty-eight cases of breast cancer patients in this group,whose ultrasound sonogram was usually irregular shape,ill-defined and Crab-like,with a heterogeneous echo,hypoechoic and twenty-four of them had visible microcalcifications.Thirty-two of the patients' Color Doppler flow grade was the II -M class,Thirty cases RI IS 0.7.In this group among the thirty-eight patients with benign breast tumor,thirty of whose ultrasound sonogram was regular in shape,border clearance,enveloped within the echo uniform.Thirty-two of the patients' Color Doppler flow grade was 0- I grade,six cases H-M class,twelve cases exploration and spectrum,ten cases RI 0.7.Flow grade of breast cancer,resistance index was significantly higher than benign breast tumor,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion It is of great clinical application value to apply Color Doppler ultrasound in benign and malignant breast tumor diagnosis and the distinction diagnosis.
