Title: Evaluation of high-frequency and color ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of high-frequency and color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 148 patients with breast tumor were examined by two dimensional ultrasound to observe the location,the form,the border,the longitude-latitude ratio,the echo intra and behind lesions,the tiny calcification points and the axillary lymphnode.All patients were examined by color doppler ultrasound to observe the blood stream characters of breast tumor.Results 148 patients with breast tumor accepted operation therapy and had pathologic diagnosis.133 cases was diagnosed as breast cancer by ultrasound,the total diagnostic rate by ultrasound was 90%(133/148).Conclusions High frequency two dimensional combined with color doppler ultrasound has great values in the diaguosis of breast cancer.
