Title: The color doppler ultrasound diagnosis analysis of 60 cases of breast lumps
Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of color doppler ultrasound in the the clinical diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods 60 patients with breast tumors from January 2010 to January 2013 of our hospital were selected, and carried out respectively by two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and surgical pathologic examination, the clinical diagnosis data of two ultrasound and pathology examination were compared retrospectively. Results In two- dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,32 cases were malignant breast tumors,28 cases were benign breast lumps, compared with the results of pathological examination,28 cases were consistent malignant cases,10 cases were consistent benign cases;in color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,43 cases were malignant breast lumps,17 cases were benign breast lumps, compared with the results of pathological examination,42 cases were consistent malignant cases,13 cases were consistent benign cases. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound examination in clinical diagnosis of benign and malignancy breast lumps was 60.87%, 60.87% and 63.33%;the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination in clinical diagnosis of benign and malignancy breast lumps was 91.30%, 91.30%, 93.33%.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination in clinical diagnosis of benign and malignancy breast lumps were significantly superior to two-dimensional ultrasound, there was significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical value in clinical diagnosis of breast lumps, and has important reference significance for benign and malignant diagnosis of breast lumps, worthy of the clinical promotion.
