Methods: A Hypersil ODS2 column was used,and the flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min- 1. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results: The common modes for the HPLC fingerprints were set up by ensuring 36 common peaks in the chromatograms. The relativity was distinct between Penyanling granules and the relevant herbs. Eleven chemical constituents were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Penyanling granules.Read More
