Abstract:Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of compound Heishen granules.Methods DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was adopted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% triethy la...Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of compound Heishen granules.Methods DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was adopted with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% triethy lamine(pH was adjusted to 3.0 with formic acid).Gradient elution was performed at the flow-rate of 1.0 ml · min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature at 30 ℃.Results An HPLC fingerprint of compound Heishen granules was established.The RSD values of the relative peak area and relative retention time of common peaks in precision,repeatability and stability tests were less than 3%.17 characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprint.The degree of similarity of 12 samples was more than 0.96.Conclusion This method is simple,practical and reliable,which can be used for quality control of compound Heisen granueles.Read More
