Meth-ods:Twelve samples were analyzed by HPLC with glycyrrhizic acid as the reference. The analysis was performed on a Waters SunFire C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase A of acetonitrile and the mobile phase B of 0. 1% phosphoric acid solu-tion with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 237nm, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:By analyzing the fingerprint, 21 peaks existed including the peak of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid. The similarity of the samples was more than 0. 97. Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint of glycyrrhizae dispensing granules is dependable and simple. The method can provide scientific basis for the quality control of glycyrrhizae dispensing granules.Read More
