Title: The Value of Combined Detection of Urinary Albumin / creatinine N-acety-beta-D-glucosaminidase,Retinol Binding Protein and Serum Cystatin C in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of urinary albuminuria/creatinine( m Alb/Cr) 、Nacety-beta-D-glucosaminidase( NAG) 、retinol binding protein( RBP) and serum cystatin C( Cys C) in type 2 diabetics. Methods According to routine urine test,97 patients were divided into two groups. Group A ha D 54 patients with negative urinary protein test; Group B had 43 patients with positive or weak positive urinary. Urinary Alb / Cr、NAG、RBP and serum Cys C were performed in both groups. Results Urinary Alb / Cr、NAG、RBP and serum Cys C in group A were significantly higher than those in control group( P 0. 05). Meanwhile,Urinary Alb / Cr、NAG、RBP and serum Cys C in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. The combined detection of the four indexes greatly improved detection rate in Group A and B. Conclusion The combined detection of Urinary Alb / Cr、NAG、RBP and serum Cys C is conducive to early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy and reflection of location.
