Method: HPLC method was used for the determination with Merck LichrospherRP-18e(4.6×250m...Objective: To establish a method for determining the contents of 6-Gingerol in Shengjiang Peifang Keli by HPLC. Method: HPLC method was used for the determination with Merck LichrospherRP-18e(4.6×250mm, 5μm) column, using acetonitrile-methanol-water(40:5:55) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL﹒min-1. Detecting wavelength was set at 280 nm,and column temperature was 25℃. Result:The linearity of 6-Gingeral was in the ranges of 0.24 μg ~1.90 μg(r=1.0000), and the average recovery was 96.03% with RSD of 0.69%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, specific as well as reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Shengjiang Peifang Keli.Read More
