Title: Clinical observation of the HBIG to prevent the hepatitis B infection during late pregnancy
Abstract: Objective To observe the HBIG clinic result during late pregnancy period preventing the hepatitis B infection.Methods 68 HbsAg(+)pregnant women,including HBeAg(+)18 case were injected for 200 IU HBIG,at 28 weeks from pregnancy once every 4 weeks,after delivery infant cord blood 5 ml collected,and the HBVM checked.Results The HBsAg positive rate is 10.3% in these 68 infants,within them and the HBsAg and HBeAg positive rate is 5.9%.The positive rate of the infants from 50 HBsAg positive pregnancy women is only 4%(2/50),while the positive rate of the infants from 18 HBsAg and HBeAg positive is 27.8%(5/18),there are great different between two groups.Conclusion It is greatly effective in late pregnant period to inject HBIG preventing HBV infection.The danger for HBeAg(+)pregnant women is much larger.
