Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group(Z), ischemia control group(C), and group delayed preconditioned with CCPA(A). Isolated rat hearts were subjected to 180 min hypothermia ischemia and 60 min warm reperfusion. The ±dp/dt max of left ventricle, CK-MB leakage, and TNF-α expression were observed. Results: The recovery rate of ±dp/dtmax in group A were much higher than those of group C(P0.05), while CK-MB leakage was less than that of group C(P0.05). TNF-α expression level in group A were lower than those of group C(P0.01). Conclusion: This study showed that preconditioning with adenosine A 1 receptor Analogue, CCPA can produce delayed cardioprotective effect against ischemic-reperfusion injury, and down-regulate the expression of TNF-α, which may be one of mechanisms of delayed preconditioning.Read More
