Title: Low molecular weight heparin and aspirin clopidogrel treatment of unstable angina pectoris
Abstract: Objective To observe the low molecular weight heparin and aspirin and clopidogrel treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 82 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 41 patients, two groups were given nitroglycerin,β-blockers,calcium channel blockers,ACEI and other conventional therapy, the treatment group conventional therapy with clopidogrel plus low molecular weight heparin therapy were evaluated 14 days after the clinical efficacy. Results The effective rate was 90.24%,significantly higher than the treatment group, total effective rate of ECG improvement was also significantly higher, and after treatment, angina frequency and duration was shortened improvement in the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional drug Clopidogrel, low molecular weight heparin is effective treatment of unstable angina, angina duration and number of episodes also decreased significantly less adverse reaction, should be widely promoted and applied clinically.
