Title: Population Genetic Diversity of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici in Longnan of Gansu Province
Abstract: The population genetic diversity of P.striiformis f.sp.tritici was investigated among 202 isolates collected from 8 different regions of Longnan,Gansu province with TP-M13-SSR analysis.The results showed that the average number of alleles(Na) per locus was 1.88,and the effective number of alleles(Ne) was 1.50 among the Longnan population.The Nei's gene diversity(H) and Shannon's information index(I) were 0.30 and 0.46,respectively.The genetic diversity among the population from Zhongliang and Qing'an was much higher than that from Wudou,Wenxian,Qishou and Pingnan.The genetic diversity among the population from Lixian and Xihe was the least.Analysis of AMOVA suggested that about 4.05% of the total variation were contributed by the variations among the populations from different regions,and 95.95% of the total variation were presented within the populations.
