Title: Genetic Diversities of Acyrthosiphon pisum(Harris)(Pink form) Populations from Different Geographic Regions in the Northwest of China
Abstract: The genetic structure and genetic diversity of Acrythosiphon pisum(Harris)(Pink form) among five geo-populations from Northwest China were analyzed using simple sequence repeat(SSR).Results showed that 46 polymorphic loci were detected with 15 SSR primers,and the percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB) was 100%.The average number of alleles per locus was 1.7391,while the effective number of alleles was 1.3338.The gene diversity indices(Nei's) were ranged from 0.1448 to 0.3132,and the population from Xinjiang had the highest diversity value.Shannon information index(I) and the percentage in polymorphic loci were 0.3256 and 73.91%.The genetic diversity of population genetic differentiation coefficient(Gst) was 0.3198,indicating the degree of genetic differentiation among populations was greater.In addition,AMOVA showed that the variation among populations accounted for 39%,while the change within populations was 61%.The cluster analysis indicated that the populations from Guyuan,Minhe,Lanzhou and Linxia clustered into one group,and the Hutubi population clustered alone group with the similarity coefficient of 0.56.
