Title: Content determination of Huoxue zhitong Capsules by HPLC
Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue zhitong Capsules by HPLC. Methods: The Agilent-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of Acetonitrile and 0.085%-Phosphoric acid (17∶83), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 316 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride was at 0.015-0.960 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.25% with a RSD of 0.30% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of fer-ulic acid in Huoxue zhitong Capsules.
