Abstract:Objective To explore the relation of breast cancer cells DNA content and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) expression.Methods In 35 patients,the breast cells DNA and ER and PR expres...Objective To explore the relation of breast cancer cells DNA content and estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) expression.Methods In 35 patients,the breast cells DNA and ER and PR expression were determined.Methods Using immunohistochemical staining,19 cases of ER were positive(positive rate 54.28%),14 cases of PR were positive(positive rate 40.0%).Conclusion It is found that the breast cancer ER and PR positive rate and the differentiation degree,histological grade and clinical stage have no obvious relation.At the same time,the results of the study show that detection of DNA content can predict the prognosis of tumor.Read More
