Title: Clinical Analysis of Coronary Angiography In Coronary Heart Disease with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract: Objective:To study the angiographic characteristics of coronary heart disease(CHD)in CHD patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 585 hospitalized patients underwent a selective angiography were analyzed, compare the characteristics of coronary artery disease, the severity of lesion and the number of lesion vessels were compared in CHD patients with type-2 diaketes mellitus(2-DM groups) and nondiabetic groups. Results:In 2-DM groups, abnormal LCX and RCA were found frequently(P0.05),and higher degree of stenosis(stenosis≥75% was61.1%vs52.3%),three-vessel disease was higher(49.1%vs35%,P0.05).Instead,onevessel disease was lower(13.1%vs 21.5%,P0.01) than nondiabetic groups. Conclusion:The angiographic characteristics are different in CHD patients with or without type 2 diabetes mellitus.Patients with 2-DM is associated with more severity of lesion and more 1esion vessel.
