Title: Diagnostic value of urine microalbumin, immunoglobulin G and α_1-microglobulinon on early renal injuries of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of urine microalbumin(MA),immunoglobulin G(IgG) and α1-microglobulin(α1-MG) on early renal injuries of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Urine MA,IgG and α1-MG were tested by rate nephelometry method in 45 cases with HSP and 49 cases with Henoch-Schonlein purpura Nephritis(HSPN),which were compared with 50 normal control children. Results The levels of urine MA,IgG and α1-MG in HSP and HSPN were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P0.05),and the levels of urine MA in HSPN were significantly higher than those in HSP(P0.05).There was no significant difference in urine IgG and α1-MG between HSP and HSPN(P0.05).Conclusion Urine MA,IgG and α1-MG can diagnose early renal injuries of children with HS.
