Title: Analysis on Renal Lesion of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Patients
Abstract: Objective To explore the pathogenesis of renal lesion of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Radioim- munoassay was used to assayed urinary albumin(Alb),urinaryβ_2 microglobulin(β_2-MG),urinary immunoglobulin G(IgG) of 138 urine of patients with HSP and 108 urine of health persons.Results The urinary Alb,β_2-MG,IgG of patients with HSP was high- er than that of health persons(P0.01).Conclusion Renal lesion takes place on patients with HSP.The risk of renal tubule lesion is obviously increased when the structural lesion of renal glomerulus generates.
