Title: Exploration on the Application of Two-Factor Theory in Improving the Construction of Teaching Force
Abstract: College teachers are the mainstay of pioneering and enterprising.It is a key issue how to motivate their initiative and sense of innovation and improve their work enthusiasm.The formation of teachers' self-motivation,self-discipline,self-improvement,the human resources management and development system of self-development cannot be neglected in the management of university teachers today.Using the Two-factor Theory of Herzberg,this thesis analyzes the health care mechanism and motivation factors in the teachers' job satisfaction,and develops general approach of improving the job satisfaction effectively,as well as perfecting the construction of teaching force.
