Title: Analysis of the Dynamic Influencing Factors of Teaching of Public Management
Abstract: Since China established the major of public administration in universities in 1998,it has been questioned,especially its teaching and professional construction,which ignore students' culture of the public management issues,such as the skill and practice ability in the process of teaching.The positioning of the professional,curriculum and subject are all vague,and it is too rough in the selection of the teaching case and the writing.It focuses on the students' the learning of the basic system and ignoring the teaching of the relevant professional knowledge etc.In view of this,according to the investigation data of teaching of public management in professional construction,by using the analytic model of TFV test,we explore the effect of dynamic factors of Chinese public management teaching and professional construction.Empirical analysis shows that the public management science teaching should set up the professional and curriculum system of interaction between teachers,students, government and society to improve the teaching quality of public management.
